Ten BasketballOver40® players on the court with the ball in the air — Equal Competition system in action

The System

Equal Competition. Every Night.

No captain picks. No politics. No cash box. Just basketball — built fair from the first scan.

01

Scan In with QR Code

When you arrive, scan the QR code posted at the gym. The NextGame Player app registers your presence instantly. No sign-in sheet, no waiting around — you're in the system the moment you walk through the door.

No app? Create your profile online and the operator checks you in by phone number.

Payment works however your location sets it up — front desk, membership, or online. Either way, your operator’s job is running a great game, not collecting fees.

02

Get Placed on Balanced Teams

The Equal Competition system reads the players present and builds evenly matched teams based on real performance data — not who got picked first or who knows the organizer.

Teams are balanced by win percentage, plus-minus, and historical performance. Every game is competitive by design.

03

Play. Your Stats Are Tracked.

Every game counts. The NextGame Player app records your results in real time — wins, losses, and plus-minus for every session you play.

Your stats are yours. Check them anytime in the app. The leaderboard is live and honest.

04

Check Your Numbers

After every session, your record, win percentage, and plus-minus are updated. You can see where you stand against every other player in the league.

Transparency is the point. When the numbers are real, the competition stays real.

Your Stats, Explained

34–18

65%

The Philosophy

Wise Freedom

We don't post rules as a policy. The atmosphere itself is the rule. Players trust each other, call their own games, and the competition stays real because the respect is real. Call one less foul. Commit one less foul. Each game.

"The atmosphere itself is the rule."
